Today we welcome our guest speaker Elijah Mwandila! Elijah works in a collaborative ministry between Trinity and MacGregor United Churches.
God’s desire is to have all of us to participate in the ministry of God’s reign. Our participation makes us coworkers with God and visible and invisible channels that God uses to birth of justice. Through faithful listening and observation, we notice that God is at work in this world. God shows us through ordinary things to reveal extraordinary things that ascertain God’s plan and involvement in our lives. Let us take a moment to think about ordinary ways God has spoken in our times. It could be through our visitation, summer holidays, winter or spring, neighbour or volunteering. What is that moment that sparks a sacred understanding in our lives? That could be the moment that God is speaking something to us.
