Pick Up and Walk Up Community Clean-Up

May 3, 2026 at 8:30 am

Join us on Saturday, May 2nd (rain date: May 9th) for our annual community clean-up. Participants will meet at T.G. Smith Arena at 8:30 AM.
We are looking for volunteers to pick up garbage, drivers with trucks to collect filled bags, and people to help prepare and serve lunch. Please wear rubber boots and gloves, dress for the weather, and bring a reusable water bottle. To participate or help out, please contact Evelyn or the church office.

Compost Bin Volunteers Needed

Steinbach United will oversee the City compost bin at Woodlawn School on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, May 9 to October 17.

This initiative supports church fundraising and reflects our commitment to community and environmental care. Volunteers are encouraged to sign up for two Saturdays during the season!  If you are interested please contact the church office for the link to sign up!

Drum for Joy

You are invited to A Community Drum Circle.

Saturday, May 30th 10:30am – 12:00pm

Admission is by voluntary contribution.  Three kinds of hand drums and a variety of percussion are provided or bring your own hand drum.  Suitable for ages 8 year and up.  No previous drumming or music experience required.

Non-indigenous based, all cultures and faiths welcome.  This is an inclusive community.

Reverse Offering – Agape House

From April 19th to May 31st we will be collecting items for the Agape House. Agape House’s top 4 needs at this time are:
Toilet Paper,
Laundry Pods,
Juice (liquid and/or crystal)
Towels (bath, face and hand)
