Orange Shirt Sunday

On Sunday, September 27, we will mark Orange Shirt Sunday as we prepare for
Orange Shirt Day and the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation on September 30.
This is a time to remember and honour the Indigenous children who were taken from their families, communities, and cultures and sent to residential schools. We pause to listen, learn, remember, and reflect on the ongoing journey toward truth, healing, and reconciliation.
We invite everyone to wear orange as a visible sign of remembrance and commitment to reconciliation.
