On this Peace Sunday, the closest to the Remembrance Day, we are gathered as a people, with a gift of memory, we remember our past and wish otherwise. We gather to encourage one another on how we can be a better people- a people of peace, and create a better community and a better world, a world with peace. Let us take time to be silent before God, to recall the violent past, and imagine a better future and how we are called to contribute.
